Liverpool Football Club is utilizing Mediabox to manage their product approvals and digital asset management. Through Mediabox they are able to shorten turnaround time and reduce costs while streamlining the product approval process for Licensees internationally.
Liverpool Football Club joined a group of over fifty-five leading Licensors and Agents from around the globe, when it licensed the Mediabox-PA (product approvals workflow) and Mediabox-DAM (digital asset management) software systems in 2009 and 2010, respectively. “We are honored to work with a Premier League football club powerhouse like Liverpool Football Club to help them streamline their licensed product approvals workflow and digital asset management by using Mediabox-PA and Mediabox-DAM as they expand their popular brand through multiple product categories,” says Conecture Technologies CEO Eric Rennagel. Liverpool FC has been using their customized Mediabox systems with licensees worldwide.
“The Mediabox-PA and Mediabox-DAM systems have allowed us to streamline our product approval systems and improve our asset management, benefiting both Liverpool FC and our licensees,” says Marie-Louise Culbert, Senior Trademark & Licensing Manager, Liverpool FC.
Conecture Technologies’ Mediabox-PA system enables Licensees to submit all their product design artwork files to the Licensor or Agent through a centralized online system. Mediabox-PA also enables Licensors and Agents to review the submitted artwork online, link their comments with each artwork file, and manage the workflow order of projects and submissions between their Licensees and their own staff. Licensees also use the application to log in and review comments and submit new, revised product designs though a 100% paperless workflow. All traffic, milestones, and activity are tracked and reported in real-time enabling Licensors to measure various performance metrics.
Through the Mediabox-DAM application Licensors and Agents are able to grant their Licensees controlled access to the high-resolution artwork, logos, images, documents and other digital materials according to the contractual rights the Licensee has acquired.
