The Mediabox staff treats the support we provide as an integral part of the services offered. We work with Licensors, Licensees and Sub-Agents to ensure everyone has a positive experience. We know the licensees by name and we guarantee our service will never disappoint. Some of the services we provide include:
Administrator Training and Ongoing Phone and Email Support
Our products are designed to enable comprehensive administrator-level training within a couple 90-minute online or face-to-face sessions. We review training as needed and include an easy-to-follow Administrator's Guide. Call back or email response times to your questions are typically handled within hours.
End User Training, Phone and Email Support
We treat your customers as though they are our customers, and provide training, email and phone support whenever anyone has a question or an issue regarding how to use Mediabox.
Bulk CD, DVD or Hard Drive File Uploading
If needed, our staff can help you upload content to your Mediabox site by sending us your CD's, DVD's or portable drives. Nominal charges may apply in some cases (ask your Mediabox Account Manager or see our rate card).
Branding and Creative Design
Your Mediabox website/application will be custom branded to match your corporate website, color, scheme, logo, images, etc. We also include the tools and instructions needed for your creative staff to design and upload branding templates.
